1. LiFEPO4 battery

Nominal voltage is usually 3.2V & Charging voltage is 3.55V, so for 4 x LiFEPO4, you should select the Li-14.2V which is the float voltage. 
 
2. Lithium-Ion or Lithium Polymer Battery
 
3.7V is the nominal voltage for a lithium-ion or lithium polymer battery.  4.2V is the typical charging voltage.  One should order a GV-5-Li-16.7V which specifies that the 16.7V is the float voltage for 4 cell lithium-ion batteries.
