1. Interior walls constructed from Bamboo/Wood Composite panels, rather than Metal or Gypsum Drywall. This choice promotes environmental sustainability, as well as the absence of toxic gases.
2. Insulation comprised of 4″ thick PIR (Polyisocyanurate) instead of 2″ thick Rock wool Insulation. This results in a higher R-value, offering superior insulation and energy efficiency. As a result, the house maintains a more consistent and comfortable temperature, leading to reduced energy costs over time.
