Redefining Urban Density with Universal Access and Net-Zero Energy.
Our current Universal Design targeting currently 3-story townhouses and makes these improvement recommendations!
Overview
The current housing crisis in California forces a choice between high-density apartments and inaccessible multi-story townhomes. Our Executive 4-Story Model bridges this gap. By integrating vertical mobility and solar harvesting into a private, high-end residential footprint, we’ve created a “Forever Home” that adapts to the owner’s needs as they age.
